Multi-scale Simulations of Membrane Proteins

Research

My D.Phil research was focussed on the use of MD simulation to explore the influence of experimental conditions used in e.g. solution NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry on protein properties. My current work involves providing computational input into experimentally solved membrane protein structures to give insight into how they function.

My research is currently funded by the EU (Scalalife) and EPSRC (CCPBioSim).

My publication record.
