Project Title


Research

I joined the group in Oct 2009 as Graduate student, I'm investigating the packing in dimer/dimerization of different transmembrane helical proteins. My research project involves sequence comparison, prediction and modeling of helix dimerization in several TM proteins using course-grained (CG) method, followed by atomistic molecular dynamic simulation to further investigate the helix dimerizations.

My study is sponsored by Yayasan Khazanah and OCIS.
