BibTex style files with natbib

BibTex style files for a number of journals that include support for the natbib package. There is no guarantee that these style files really do what you expect them to do but they worked for me.

The bst BibTeX style files in this directory are placed in the public domain.

They were generated with the custom-bib system, using the journals specifications for formatting references. None of these files are officially endorsed by the journals (although Biophys J is apparently using biophysj-natbib.bst for authors that insist on LaTeX).

If you want to make these files yourself, run

   latex makebst

The crucial choices to make it work with natbib are

 STYLE OF CITATIONS: Author-year
 AUTHOR--YEAR SUPPORT SYSTEM: Natbib
From then on, follow the journal guidelines as best as you can.
