Registration

We can accept registration via credit card at our secure online shop. Simply select which fee you need to pay according to the table below and add to your basket.

Registration is CLOSED (closing date was the 28th February 2011).

Notes:
1. The registration fee (Early bird and after 31st Jan) includes all meals and refreshments, en-suite accommodation for the Wednesday and Thursday night and the conference banquet on the Thursday night.
2. Non-accommodation does NOT include dinner, but it does include lunch.
3. The "non-MGMS member" fee structure include a years subscription to the MGMS.
4. Additional bed and breakfast within the college can be purchased as required (see below).
5. Receipts will be obtainable at the conference.
6. Regrettably we cannot take purchase orders.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

There will be a £75 admininstration fee for cancellations made prior to and including the 6th March 2011.
There will be no refund for cancellations made after 6th March 2011.

Abstracts for short talks and posters

The presentation of posters is very much encouraged. Posters can be A0 in portrait or landscape. If you would like to present a poster, please tick the box on the registration form and fill in your abstract of no more than 1500 chars (including spaces). If you are willing to be considered for a short talk (15-20mins) then please indicate that on the form. If you want to include figures in your abstract then simply email it to:- . Don't forget to include the title, author list and affiliations.

Bursaries

A limited number of student bursaries will most likely be available. These will be paid retrospectively. If you would like to be considered for one, please indicate that on the registration form and also provide a letter of support from your supervisor.

Additional nights bed and breakfast

If you need bed and breakfast for nights either side of the conference (£68.15 per night, inc VAT), you can click on the links below to add these to your shopping basket or if you are using the postal form then simply tick which nights you require and include that in your total.
