I am a postdoctoral research associate working at the Structural Bioinformatics & Computational Biochemistry (SBCB) Unit of the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Oxford. In September 2008, I successfully defended my DPhil thesis. I spent the first 15 months of my DPhil programme at the Life Sciences Interface (LSI) Doctoral Training Centre (DTC), taking 3 terms of taught courses and two 9-week short projects, before I moved to the Biochemistry department to read for a DPhil supervised by Dr Phil Biggin, Prof. Mark Sansom and Prof. David Sattelle. My DPhil project was funded by a Clarendon scholarship and an Overseas Research Student (ORS) Award Scheme scholarship. My postdoctoral research is funded by the Wellcome Trust.

I was a junior member of New College, one of the constituent colleges of the University of Oxford.
