A single DIMS transition of AdK shows the opening of the salt bridge zipper.
Salt bridges pairs are shown in the same colors as in Fig 7. A line is shown
between the two moieties while the distance is <10A. 
The LID domain is colored yellow, and the NMP domain is shown in light blue.
The CORE domain (white) stays unchanged during the transition.
