I am currently working as a postdoctoral researcher in the SBCB unit and my research at present concerns the multiscale modelling of the behaviour of structural components of different systems of membrane proteins. This work is being performed as part of the Oxford Centre for Integrative Systems Biology (OCISB). Prior to this I have been awarded a DPhil in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford. I have recently been made an ARTS Laureate by the Oxford Supercomputing Centre (OSC) and Apple.
As part of SBCB, I have taken responsibility for the development and maintenance of a variety of servers, including the Dynamite webserver. This provides a variety of services for analysing protein structure and dynamics through a simple interface, at no cost to the user.
